Who we are
Integrity Matters was established by Holly Lindsay in 2010. Holly is a solutions-oriented project manager with over 20 years of experience providing advice to organisations regarding sustainability strategy, economic policy, business ethics, country risk, strategic planning and governance.

She proactively engages stakeholders and manage complex projects through to completion with tenacity and openness. Her academic background includes a master's degree in economics (Queen's University, Canada) and a senior executive MBA (Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne). She works with a network of senior consultants who are specialists in their respective fields.
Holly has in-depth experience in the mining and oil and gas sectors, banking and government sectors, including over 15 years in extractive industries. Prior to founding Integrity Matters in 2010, Holly held a number of senior corporate positions at BHP Billiton (1996-2009), where she was responsible for designing and rolling out the company’s global business ethics program, developing its climate change policy, and monitoring and assessing macroeconomic and sovereign risk issues. In 2012 Holly ran CSR Asia’s Singapore Office and led projects for clients such as Fuji Xerox, ACCOR, AVIVA Insurance, SABIC and City Developments Limited.
Holly has also held senior roles at the Reserve Bank of Australia (in Sydney, Australia), the Canadian Federal Government’s Department of Finance (Ottawa, Canada) and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (Toronto, Canada). She is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Holly is a governor of WWF-Australia and actively supports Transparency International and Oxfam-Australia.
